These women's-only 8+ week training programs will meet two times per week, beginning on May 28, with a mandatory packet pickup on May 18. The training is geared towards races that take place at the end of July.

8+ Week Training Program Fee: $299

This brand-new training session will meet on Monday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. (Note: This training program will only be offered if registration exceeds 20 team members.)
TTNE-Classic:
May 18-July 26
This is the 4th year that this training program is being offered. It meets on Wednesday evenings at 6:30-8:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 7:00-9:00 a.m.

TTNE HMF Classic:
July 21-September 13
This brand-new training session is geared towards participation in the Hartford Marathon Foundation’s Women’s Triathlon in September. It meets on Wednesday evenings at 5:30-7:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 7:00-9:00 a.m. (Note: This training program will only be offered if registration exceeds 20 team members.)
All training programs are targeted for those new to triathlon. Your coaches teach you new skills and lead group workouts that get you to the finish line. Just pick whichever best fits your schedule. Better yet, join with a friend and encourage each other through the whole program.
Become a member of Team Training New England to train together with other women in the 16 sessions with supportive coaches. Additionally, you also receive supplemental online training support, daily workout plans for the 8-week program, a technical moisture-wicking team shirt, and a training logbook to use as a diary for all of your training. You will learn how to use a heart rate monitor and how to get the most out of each workouts.
TTNE 4 WEEK INTERMEDIATE:
Saturdays, August 9, 16, 23 and September 6 at 7:00-9:00 a.m.
This program is designed for any returning team members or those seasoned triathletes looking for a push to improve their performance in a Fall triathlon.
Fee: $99 for all 4 sessions or $33/session.
